風(fēng)機(jī)風(fēng)量測(cè)試臺(tái)測(cè)試要求

1) 該風(fēng)室為多噴嘴風(fēng)室，測(cè)量范圍是 500 ～ 14000m 3 /h 。 　　(2) 試驗(yàn)對(duì)象主要以轎車?yán)鋮s風(fēng)扇、換熱器和風(fēng)扇換熱器的匹配的空氣動(dòng)力阻力試驗(yàn)為主，同時(shí)可以滿足部分工業(yè)風(fēng)扇和換熱器的測(cè)量。 　　(3) 風(fēng)室尺寸大小是 800× 1000mm × 800mm 。 　　(4) 輔助風(fēng)機(jī)配有風(fēng)機(jī)箱，方便了進(jìn)出氣試驗(yàn)的轉(zhuǎn)換，降低了噪聲。 　　(5) 5 個(gè)噴嘴中間實(shí)行常閉或常開(kāi)，調(diào)節(jié)zui小和zui大流量，其他 4 個(gè)大噴嘴通過(guò)電腦對(duì)聯(lián)有噴嘴蓋的氣缸氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行控制，實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)化。 　　(6) 整個(gè)測(cè)試與控制程序在 Labview 平臺(tái)下開(kāi)發(fā)。
